At Lynee’s Closet, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited (U.S.): 1–3 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: delivery estimates are subject to carrier delays outside of our control.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

4. International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping rates and times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Lynee’s Closet is not responsible for delays due to customs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lynee’s Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us for support.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [your contact email].
